IP transactional attorney with 20+ years’ experience of in-house IP counsel in multinational companies and at a law firm focusing on intellectual property matter management, protection, enforcement, and strategies;

Demonstrated experience and ability to provide intellectual property advice to company management and business teams on a variety of intellectual property matters including trademark, anti-counterfeiting, copyright, patents, trade secrets, IP related agreements and etc.;

Solid experience to manage and protect intellectual property rights for the interest of company business in China;

Experience of working as a sole counsel in Asia Pacific region, collaborating and partnering closely with stakeholders across regions with strong problem-solving and the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks;

Solid knowledge and experience in IP related contract review and negotiation including licensing agreements, technology transfer agreements, joint development agreements, and research and development agreements to ensure the compliance with intellectual property laws and regulations.
