Sherry also is experienced in providing business teams on a variety of intellectual property matters including trademark, anti-counterfeiting, copyright, patents, trade secrets and IP related agreements. Besides that, as legal counsel in multinational companies for years, Sherry is comprehensively good at managing and protecting intellectual property rights.

Being active in IP involvement for years, Sherry respectively worked as QBPC (Quality Brand Protection Committee) Vice Chair and Active member of EUCCC (“European Chamber of Commerce) Shanghai. As an IP expert, Sherry had provided professional comments on the Amendment Draft of China Unfair Competition Law, on Draft of Administrative Measures for Patent Priority Review, comments on Anti-Monopoly Guidelines for Abuse of IP Rights and comments on Cyber Security Law.
