HFL Supports IP Forum on “March 15th: World Consumers’ Rights Day’ in Shanghai
As “March 15th: World Consumer Rights Day” is approaching, we are honoured to be offered the opportunity to give an introduction and training to the local business in Caoyang Shopping Mall, Putuo District, Shanghai City, which is the reputed shopping mall with over 70 years. The forum aims to increase and enhance the awareness among local business owners towards the knowledge of intellectual properties and other legal policies regulating the commercial activities. It has provided a great platform for the local business owners to establish the direct conversation with legal experts, as it is not unusual that quite a few business owners have ever or are experiencing legal and IP disputes during the everyday business operation. By knowing the regulation and policy well, it could avoid unnecessary disputes and corresponding proceedings, and let the business owners focus on their business development.
Founded in 1952, Shanghai Caoyang Mall Co., Ltd has a history of over 70 years. Its predecessor was Shanghai Caoyang Mall which has been awarded with honours such as National Commercial Reputation Enterprise, Demonstration Unit for Intellectual Property Protection, Shanghai Time honoured Brand, and Standard Unit for Safe Consumption Creation Activities.
