2023 Labour Day Holiday & HFL Offices Closed

Please kindly be noted that we will have our public holiday for the “2023 Labour Day” in May and that all cases’ deadlines for trademark or Patent matters with the Office of National IP Administration of China, which fall into this period, would be officially extended to the next business day.
Offices will be open for business on April 23rd (Sunday), and May 6th (Saturday).
Offices will be closed from April 29th (Saturday) to May 3rd (Wednesday), 2023.
For this reason, communication via office phones might not be available on that day, and email responses might be delayed.
