HFL Announces New Partners Appointment

We are delighted to announce the promotion of the following three colleagues of our firm to be the Partners, effective from April 1st, 2025.   • HU, Wenjia (Jennifer Hu) / 扈文嘉律师

Jennifer is specialized in both litigation and non-litigation matters of intellectual property. Her practice areas include civil litigation for infringement of trademark, copyright and unfair competition disputes, administrative litigation for trademark authorization disputes, litigation and arbitration for disputes over licensing contracts, strategy planning and negotiation for brand licensing and transfer cooperations, domain name arbitration, design of comprehensive protection portfolio for intellectual property rights protection, and data and information compliance consulting. She represents clients across a diverse range of industries including spirits, wine, apparel, jewelry, food & beverage, chemicals, telecommunications, and home appliances. The majority of these clients are Fortune Global 500 enterprises and globally renowned industry leaders, such as (but not limited to) Penfolds Wines, Bordeaux Wine Council (CIVB), Ferrero Group, Commscope, and Solvay Group.

扈文嘉律师专业领域集中在知识产权领域的诉讼与非诉讼业务，为客户提供全方位知识产权咨询及争议解决服务。其执业领域主要包括代理侵犯商标权、著作权、不正当竞争纠纷的民事诉讼、商标授权确权纠纷行政诉讼、许可使用合同纠纷的诉讼与仲裁、品牌许可及转让合作的方案规划与洽谈、域名仲裁、知识产权保护综合架构设计、数据信息的合规性咨询等。扈律师所服务的客户涉及洋酒、红酒、服装、首饰、食品饮料、化工、通讯、家用电器等行业，大部分为全球500强企业，包括但不限于奔富葡萄酒、法国波尔多葡萄酒行业协会、费列罗集团、美国康普集团、索尔维集团等享誉全球的行业领军企业。
 

  • LI, Xin (Jessica Li) / 李欣专利代理师

Jessica is a patent attorney and has been practicing in patent field in China for seven years since 2011. In Jessica’s career, she is devoted to helping clients to build up the perfect patent protection system and she regularly deals with patent-related legal issues, including patent invalidation, patent licensing and patent assignment. Jessica also specializes in patent infringement cases, covering patent search, patent infringement analysis, evidence collection and notarization. Jessica is experienced in communicating with the Patent Office of the SIPO and the Reexamination Board of the SIPO which makes patent examination procedure smoother. Jessica also provides advice for clients on copyright recordation for works and computer software to protect copyright of clients.

李欣代理师从2011年起从事专利代理工作，在十几年的职业生涯中，她致力于为客户建立完善的专利保护体系并且为其处理包括专利无效、专利许可以及专利转让在内的专利相关法律事务。她也善于专利侵权案件，包括专利检索、专利侵权比对分析，证据收集以及公证。李欣代理师对与国家知识产权局专利局以及国家知识产权局专利复审委员会的沟通有着丰富的经验，这使得专利审查过程更加顺畅。她同时也为客户提供作品著作权及计算机软件著作权的登记来保护客户的著作权。
