Fiona Zhong joined HongFangLaw in 2023 and is responsible for various trademark disputes and rights confirmation cases, handling trademark oppositions, trademark invalidation, trademark cancellation, and related refusal and review cases. Fiona Zhong excels in legal search and research, risk assessment and analysis, and is also familiar with intellectual property related matters such as copyright registration.
Before joining HongFangLaw, Fiona Zhong had rich intern experience in the court with knowledge of cutting-edge perspectives in the field of intellectual property justice, accumulated knowledge of brand protection and judicial practice, and jointly published a paper with senior legal professionals on the famous column Intellectual Property Finance titled Organizing False Transactions for Paid Click Farming Constitutes Unfair Competition.
